Course Description:

This course is intended for school leaders and those intending to move into senior leadership roles, it looks at what leadership is, before moving on to consider the importance of communication, decision-making, managing conflict, motivating others and delegating tasks and responsibilities, the nature of teams, running meetings, managing time and stress.

  • Recognise the significance of strong leadership within educational institutions.

  • The course provides a range of resources to support learners and facilitate the application of acquired knowledge.
  • The course incorporates a comprehensive final assessment, known as the ‘Course Test’, designed to evaluate participants’ understanding of the essential concepts covered throughout the course. Upon successfully passing this test, participants will be awarded a course certificate.
