Here are some practical strategies for teachers to build resilience in their students:
1. Create a Safe and Supportive Environment: The foundation of resilience is feeling safe and supported. Ensure your classroom is a place where students feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and concerns. Encourage open communication and let them know you’re there to help when needed.
